UX/UI Designer
DoDo is unstoppable! 🚀 We grow every year not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad, and we have big plans. To support current growth, we are continuously strengthening our development department, which is responsible for developing our logistics data-driven platform and mobile courier apps.
What you will be working on:
- You will collaborate on the development of the GAIA logistics platform, which is used daily by hundreds of our couriers in several countries. This platform covers not only logistics itself, but also financial processes, automates fleet management, controls driver behaviour, etc.
- You will empathize with the role of users (couriers, dispatchers, back office, ...) and you will be in charge of the appearance, operation and interaction of the web and mobile application.
- You will think about and design new sections and components in our existing applications and participate in the creation of our own design system.
- Cooperation with product owners, developers and a second junior UI designer will be your daily task.
Something more about us:
- We manage our company-wide strategy with the help of OKRs. Each individual thus knows what our goals are and where we are heading.
- Our management and decision-making is based on data, collecting the right data and analyzing it is one of our main priorities.
- We work agile in two-week sprints, we have retrospectives, joint planning, daily stand-ups.
- We are a Gold partner of Microsoft and we operate our systems in Azure.
- In the future, we want to focus more and more on machine learning and AI.
Tools we use:
- We use Figma to create wireframes and prototypes. But it is no big deal if you are used to Sketch or Adobe XD.
Your profile:
- You do not lack experience with designing web / mobile applications, responsive design and "best practice" in UX / UI design.
- Knowledge of HTML / CSS is an advantage.
- You have an understanding of user behavior and can adapt the design to their needs.
- You can design an aesthetic and consistent solution.
What we can offer you:
- Work on a long-term project in a stable development team.
- Possibility to work from our new office in Prague - Karlín (near the Křižíkova metro station).
- Flexible working hours, home-office options or we can agree on remote cooperation.
- 20 days holiday + 5 free days (free for any use).
- Possibility of continuous development - at internal and external trainings, conferences, World Championships workshops, ...
