Franchise Coordinator – Hungary

We are a fast-growing logistics company with branches in 6 countries (Czech republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland, Germany and Austria). We are looking for a great Franchise Coordinator to join our Hungarian team. We are looking for someone, who knows how to manage Franchise business and who is great communicator.
What you will do:
- Be responsible for lead Franchise projects from A to Z (planning, implementation, control, evaluation)
- Be first point of contact for our franchisees, you will guide them whole process of implementation, help them to solve issues, set up the processes in their new franchise branch
- Set up the great relationship with franchisees
- Actively communication with your team and franchisees
- In cooperation with HQ Franchise team, you will prepare documentation, guidebooks, policies
- Create some reports and present results to management
Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience min. 2 years with project management or franchise
- Analytical thinking (strong sales-oriented person)
- Very good communication, negotiation, presentation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Proactive, hands-on and structured way of working with interest in building up relationship
- Service oriented, committed and dynamic
- Fluency in both Hungaria & English
- Very good MS-Office skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
