We use advanced technology to make it easier for companies to deliver goods and reduce the negative impact on the urban environment. Our car fleet is growing with us, so we need someone to help us with control, registration and planning from the position of Fleet Coordinator in Hungary.

 

What will be your job:

• VP reports, statistics and analyzes
• Transport coordination (dispatching)
• Vehicle management in the internal system and administration of vehicle services, communication with services, rental companies, leasing companies.
• Coordination of spare cars
• Reporting of accidents and registration of insurance claims
• Occasional vehicle transfers await you if necessary

 

What we expect from you:

• Reliability, diligence, pleasant demeanor and good communication skills.
• User knowledge of MS Office.
• General knowledge of vehicles and experience in a similar position is an advantage.
• Driver's license B, active driver.
• Time flexibility - we need you from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 18:00
